Saddle Bag – Dior
Created in 1999 by John Galliano (Dior’s creative director between 1997 and 2011) the Saddle Bag was a big hit of the 2000s. At the time it was worn by celebrities like Lindsay Lohan, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Paris Hilton. It’s been 20 years now and it’s back in full force! Inspired by the horse saddle, the bag has been repaginated by Maria Grazia Chiuri and now features long and removable shoulder straps that allow the accessory to be worn through the body, being one of the favorites of fashionistas like Chiara Ferragni and Camila Coelho.
Baguette – Fendi
The baguette is already more than just a bag. Created in 1997, recently the accessory was released again by the brand, with the presence of names such as Amanda Seyfried and Emma Roberts. The bag even won a campaign full of it girls and it’s still one of Sarah Jessica Parker’s character, Carrie Bradshaw, favorite.
Nylon – Prada
Recently the nylon line of the Italian brand was repaginated and presented in the men’s fashion show, and in a short time, it also got new female versions that conquered the heart of the fashionistas. The favorite model has become that of short straps, which is considered the “Baguette” of Prada, for being used in the same way as Fendi’s beloved. The big difference is that the Prada’s one is made of nylon, which gives a more stripped-down look.
