3 perfect hotels to appreciate the Aurora Borealis

From September to March the sky of the north of the planet receives one of the most beautiful phenomena of nature: the Aurora Borealis. The lights attract several tourists thirst to witness this special event to countries like Sweden, Finland, and Iceland. Kent and Britta Lindvall decided to open the doors of the Treehotel in 2010, a few miles from the Arctic Circle in Swedish Lapland. Instead of knocking down the trees, the couple hired the architects Bolle Tham and Martin Videgård to create six cozy cabins on the treetops. Each one with its own style: the “Mirror Cube”, the “Bird’s Nest”, the “UFO” and so on…
