Who does not love fries cast the first stone! The snack is a favorite of those looking for a delicious and fast food. But… when looking for something more gourmet, usually the appetizer is forgotten. The Frites Atelier, which was born from the love for the French fries, is the best proof that we were wrong during all this time.
The restaurant, located in Brussels, opened earlier this month. Its menu is signed by chef Sergio Herman, who already has other establishments in Belgium and the Netherlands. The menu is based on the delightful potato fried in boiling oil, and the taste is worthy of a 3 star cuisine.
The fries are served in several different sauces, ranging from Mediterranean options (tomato powder, basil, watercress and cheese), black beer, peanut, and etc.
For traditional customers, it’s available options accompanied by mayonnaise with truffles, béarnaise, Andalusian or ketchup. Undoubtedly, the restaurant has dishes to suit all tastes.
In addition, there is also a snack menu with croquettes of cheese, shrimp and meat.
