Famous chef Massimo Bottura opens his first hotel in Italy

The chef Massimo Bottura is a great inspiration! In addition to having a restaurant with 3 Michelin stars, Osteria Francescana, it’s come to a time to the restaurateur to venture into yet another area, which is sure to make the travelers minds. The Italian, along with his wife Lara Gilmore, is undertaking a hotel in the countryside of Emilienne, not far from Modena, Italy.

The new establishment it’s called Casa Maria Luigia and it´s hard not to be enchanted by. In it are 12 cozy rooms with upholstered in Dedar fabrics and equipped with Ortigia’s beauty kit. In addition, there are a mix of everything the couple of entrepreneurs love: a collection of contemporary art, books and a special room for vinyls. And of course, there is a lounge room to enjoy beautiful and delicious cocktails!

The whole space leads to a remarkable experience, which involves luxury, elegance, art and a contact with nature, with surroundings encircled by trees, lawns and a delightful atmosphere. The hotel also has a tennis court and a swimming pool perfect for enjoying with style in the hottest months of the year. On the top of all that, the outdoor area has a vegetable garden and a wood oven.

To sum it up the entire stay with a golden key, breakfast with healthy and fresh menu is served in, what they call, an adjacent Carriage House. Amazing!
