Meet the BeefBar, a new and charming restaurant in Paris

“The temple of meats”, “Boutique butchery” and “Eldorado of carnivores” are just some of the nicknames for the BeefBar, a restaurant created by Riccardo Giraudi. With branches in different cities around the world like Monaco, Dubai, and Budapest, the restaurant chain has just released its new one: BeefBar Paris.

More than just a restaurant, BeefBar Paris brings back all the splendor of Art Nouveau along with an elegant and refined ambient in one of the most iconic cities around the world.

Built on 1898 by the architect Michel Hurtré and decorated by the painter Jules Wielhorski, this architectural jewel – where the restaurant is currently placed – was abandoned and bricked during the Second World War to stay hidden from the Nazis. Headed by the architects Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet, the ambient was completely rebuilt and renewed with a sumptuous canopy and architectonic elements in marble Art Déco.

What to order

At BeefBar, meat is the big star and is taken seriously. Only the best cuts are used like the Argentine Black Angus, Australian Wagyu, and Japanese Kobe – considered as the best meat around the world. In addition, they developed its own patented method of cooking in order to achieve a crispy meat seal and tender juicy heart.

In the menu, you can also find luxurious street foods like tacos, gyozas, empanadas, and hamburgers in small portions to share, and fresh and delicious fish, risotto and pasta. A treat for the eyes and the taste buds.
