Spring has finally arrived! This season’s trends are already on the streets, and if you are not yet prepared for the new season, remember everything that hit the catwalks and check out the essential accessories for spring 2019!
1- Hair Accessories
For the spring/summer 2019 runway, Miuccia Prada dove into the world of headbands, showing that the trend came to dominate the season! It was in 50 models, including versions in satin and leather. In addition, Miu Miu bet on tiaras for its collection, featuring delicate models with a small bow and two versions, plain and rhinestones.
2- Excess baggage
It’s time to stop suffering about the lacking of space of the mini bags. This season, the famous designers pointed out two solutions to the problem: the first one is the new styling trick that dominated the last catwalks, the double bag. The idea is simple, carrying two bags might even look strange, but Chanel, Gucci, Fendi, and Loewe have proven that it is possible to create amazing looks in this way!
The other solution was the XL bags! Ideal for those who need to carry many things and of course do not want to lose the style. Brands like Stella McCartney, Versace and Burberry have bet on the trend.
3- XL Eyewear
After seasons when mini glasses dominated the streets, the XL versions arrived in full force dominating the catwalks of brands like Gucci, Loewe, Miu Miu, Stella McCartney, Tod’s and Tom Ford, taking a different look, bringing an extravagant and modern touch to the looks.
4- Vintage
The most famous bags of fashion houses were repaginated and are back in full force! Some models are dominating the streets as the Baguette of Fendi and the Saddle of Dior. In addition, brands such as Miu Miu, Marc Jacobs, and Gabriella Hearst have bet on vintage-style bags..
5- Belt bags
The new models of belt bag are running away from the street visual we are used to. The accessory was repaginated by getting an elegant touch with a gold chain like the Burberry model, or white leather versions like Givenchy’s model.
